     My vote has been stolen again here in Illinois. Shameless and with ever increasing freakquency. I voted for Pat Quinn. But the failure of the rule of law allowing him to have a Lt. governor in the primary will now negate my vote because people will not vote for Pat Quinn for governor with Cohen as his Lt. governor on the ticket.

     The solution was and is a matter of law. It would be all too easy to write the correct rule of law here in the primary. It would also be too easy to write the correct rules of law mandating the special election for a U.S. senate seat special election when vacated. It would be too easy to write the correct rules of law for a contested election result. It would be all too easy to write the rule of law for recall. And it would be too easy to write the correct rules of law for the absolute least we can expect for certification of anything for any reason, and may that be less in Illinois.

      The purposeful absence of the above correct laws allows any and all election disputes and others to be resolved by the general assembly caucus and not the voters. As such we have seen our votes stolen time and time and time again. This keeps power and control in the hands of a failed few and not the people. That is what they designed it to do and it works to the fews advantage every time.

     And so, did the voters, vote to have any and all elections decided in and by central Committeemen aka caucus after the fact, no matter what?

     The absence of correct laws for our good people screams the questions? What are they doing down there in the state assembly? Why are they being paid not to do the job? Why are they being paid to do the absolute very least they can but only after mandated by pending lawsuits? And on and on. And perhaps the easiest question, why can't they just do it the right way? What is wrong with the right and correct way of doing things? Elections and everything else.

     Aside from the perennial theft and disgrace of it all against the voters, more to the point they have stolen our human dignity. Our dignity to do the right thing and vote as best we can in each election, only to be stolen just one more time, only to be negated one more time, as if we forgot the last time. Violations against human dignity are not easily forgotten.

     Disclaimers; too few to mention. Yes I know full well there are many good a man and woman in the state assembly. But only 1 of eleven came out to vote. Yes Cohen did win fair and square. Yes I did vote for Turner. The huge cost and effort of the election thrown on it's ear yet again.

     The history of all of the above says repeatedly that all of the above was know and not corrected. And the history of all of the above says nothing will be corrected and failure is certain to continue here in Illinois.

     I have been robbed again. Please see the Illinois state law that says, no matter what, when or who and why, all will go to committee for their own self discretions, free and at no cost.

     So now, count how many times your vote has been stolen since the 30 million dollar election that is now in..........Committee?

     Now ask yourself? Does yous vote count? Did your vote count? Why does the Committeeman have your vote? Did you ask or vote to have or give your Committeemen your vote to do as they will, and is that your will? Are you okay with all of that and continuing? I am not.

     And what about the 30 million dollar cost and effort of the state wide election? Was this all for not? Was it the will of the voters for the broke state of Illinois to spend 30 million dollars only to place your vote in Committee, also known as caucus?

     Try to remember January, February and March of 2009 when we. the voters, where not allowed to have the special election for the vacated U.S. Senate seat in Illinois? They told us the 30 million dollar cost of a state wide election was not cost affordable to and for the broke state of Illinois. So what of that cost now? Who got there monies worth? Who got their vote counted? And let us not forget the taxpayers who paid for the 30 million dollar state of Illinois election, because it was not the weighted committeemen, oh no.

     And so it does appear with repeating Freakquencey, that, weather we are not allowed to vote in a special election (decided in and by the same weighted committee and or caucus) or weather we are allowed to vote in an election my vote and your vote and everybody else's vote goes to that same weighted committee in Illinois. Is that your will Mr. & Mrs. Voter of Illinois?

     When you are a 2 trillion dollar Company you do not care. Banking lobbyists have ramped up there efforts against banking laws, rules and regulations. As we all know, these banks use every trick in the book against the consumer. And so one needs to reed carefully the charges and changes of the new credit card rules as they seem to change on a daily basis against U.S.

     The simple fact that some people understand money better than most others does not mean the vultures should take advantage of U.S.

     The difference between deal and fair deal here are extreme for the consumer. New fees and increased interest rates.

     If any and all of the above is too complicated it need not be. And as such a trick in a trick to confuse and exasperate the consumer for no reason except that of deception and greed. Variable rates allow for continues gross ignorance and greed.

     Fixed interest rates simplify credit cards and allows one to be easy with a known. People like that.

     The U.S. Government should issue a national fixed rate credit card with the absolute best terms, but with a medium capped limit amount of say $5,000 per person. This will create the much needed competition in the credit card industry and it will drive down the ongoing wrong terms, services and fees now being extolled against the good people by banks current.

     Where does all that pension money go? And lets keep the numbers small shall we. Where does that 24 million dollars go? Now let us remember all of the other pension monies stolen from other unions and state plans and every other pension plan over the last 50 years. How much is that? And where did all of that money go? Well it had to go some where?

     The state of Illinois ranks dead last regarding pension plans of all 50 states. See prior Byg's.

     It is times like this that I think of names like Palumbo, Cellinni and on and on over the last 60 years of decadence, folly and dismay, to be polite. And I think of inferior roads drastically over paid for. I think of free hotels built with Illinois taxpayer monies for free and no problem there. I think of shoe boxes stuffed with cash and on and on.

     And then, of course I think of Milorad and friends and Company.

     All of the above and far too much more to mention and or remember does make me think? Where does that money go?

     Aside from the Illinois Pols that have triple dipped into three pensions, that of state county and city, how much will you get?

     You did read the above that says everybody in Illinois owes $8,800 dollars today. That will go up soon.

     And before we go further, let us look at some facts;

     Huge monies stolen. Few if any go to jail.
     You say you can live with that. Ok. Most involved were never even charged with a crime in Illinois.
     This has transpired of 60 years of malfeasance at best.
     Stolen monies from taxpayers, and now taxpayers have to pay 6 times the amount needed to fund pensions.
     What about those central committeemen?
     And the worst of all fact is, that none of the above changes anything and all of those monies are due now.
     Lastly. No changes. Nothing has changed in Illinois.

     In Illinois, have all of the taxes been collected? Or have taxes only been collected by some and not others? And let us look at those who do not pay taxes by individual, by group, by business, by failure of the correct law purposely not in place on pupose to protect wrongful crimes and illegalites and as such malikng them exempt fron taxation and punishment and on and on. Why is it legal for these people not to pay taxes in Illinois.

     40% of Americans say they are Independent voters. We have heard much about Independent voters recently. Yet Independent voters can not vote Independent in Illinois and in most states. You have heard of the league of Independent voters and you may have heard of IndependentVoting.org and maybe you know someone who is an Independent, but where are they and why can't they vote Independent?

     Before I begin, let me just say one can and should vote in the primary elections and all other elections.

     Clarifications about Independent voters ability to vote Independent.

     State laws dictate what party may vote as a party. Dems, Reps, Green, Libertarian and other.
     If one person has enough signatures during the signature filing period to establish a party, form then on the party is established and one may declare that party ballot and vote for that party candidates only during the primary election. The voter may not vote across party lines in the primary.  There is no Independent party in Illinois yet and therefor one may not vote in that party.
     All Independents may vote in all elections, but, they can not legally declare themselves as an Independent voter of the Independent party in that state because there is no legal Independent party in the state, even though you may be an Independent.
      So when you declare a Dem, Rep Green party and or other party ballot, that means that someone in the past had enough signatures to establish that party forever.

     My signature drive starts March 23rd. 2010. The minimum required signatures to establish the Independent party here in Illinois is 25,000 signatures. The minimum needed for all other parties is only 5,000. Many people think that this is unfair and rightfully so. However, that is the deal because of state law.

     Upon my signature filing in Springfield, IL. there will be attempts to disqualify my signatures as invalid and thereby disqualify the Independent party in Illinois. Ugly but true.
